The registration is an agreement between the registering member and the named company 'LJ Heathcare Ltd' The registered Member must take responsibility for all advertisements submitted under their membership

Personal information supplied by registering members will be kept strictly secure and confidential in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be copied, shared, sold, disclosed or issued to any third party without the explicit consent of the registered member.

LJ Healthcare Ltd. reserves the right and without notice to refuse or terminate any registration which is considered not to be in the best interest of the company.

We reserves the right at any time and without prior notification to suspend or terminate any registration membership found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

Members who have their advertisements and or registration suspended or terminated may loose all benefits in full afforded by this web site for that period no matter how gained including members active ads, bonuses, free ad weeks and all advertisement rights.

Advertisements

All advertisements submitted must be lawful and not offend common decency. Any advertisement contravening the terms & conditions will be removed on detection at the discretion of the Administrator.

No weapons of any kind shall be advertised on this web site.

Advertisements may appear from time to time which do not conform to the terms and conditions. We will endeavour to closely monitor and deal with such adverisements at the earliest opportunity.

It is a members right to report any advertisement which may not be in compliance with the terms and conditions using the ‘Report Abuse' link. Members shall ensure that their advertisement description inclusive of any supporting pictures/images are true and accurate and are not misleading in any way.

It is in the members best interest to carefully check the content of their advertisements and correctly select the options available, including the ad status, category and pricing of items before submitting such advertisements to the web site, this may avoid the possibility of their advertisement being withdrawn from the site as incorrectly submitted.

The price stated by members for an item or service within an advertisement shall be the full asking price with no hidden extras and shall be inclusive of any VAT (if applicable).

Copied material (text/images/photos) used in any advertisement must not contravene copyright law and should have the explicit consent for use from the owner of such copied material.

No reference to any third party should be made without the full consent of that third party.

Advertisers

Advertisers must complete the quick and easy free registration and signed in to place advertisements and or interact with this web site.

Members submitting advertisements are agreeing to use this web site as a platform only to advertise and in accepting the terms and conditions are also agreeing not to misuse the site in any way.

Advertisement Categories & Administration Adjustment

When placing advertisements members should ensure that the category selected is the appropriate category for the item advertised.

Members maliciously submitting advertisements under an incorrect category or status or misusing the site in any way may be subject to an administration charge which will be added to their control console account and charged at the next ad submission stage.

Submitting Advertisement

Advertisers should take special note that the site may experience limited, reduced or non operation from time to time due to ongoing site maintenance and upgrading of the site. The company takes no responsibility whatsoever for loss of earnings, profit, or inconvenience of any kind either directly or indirectly by members or other party and or by any third party should unavoidable, limited, reduced or non operation of the web site occur

Members using the email link are using the web sites facilities to send or receive messages to and from other members. In order to use the sites email link facility you must first be a registered signed in member. Members using the email link should check for messages received on a regular basis and respond promptly as appropriate.

This company 'LJ Healthcare Ltd’ will take no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or inconvenience of any kind either directly or indirectly by members or other party and or by any third party for transactions, arrangements, agreements and or promises made between those parties.

The company reserves the right to change, alter or amend the web sites content in any way and at any time without prior notice including changes to the ad pricing menu. Changes, alterations or amendments will take effect from the moment the changes, alterations or amendments are implemented and displayed within the web site on the world wide web.
